Frank McGinnis moved back to Carroll County, TN in 1995. He, along with most of his family, comes from a law enforcement and/or military background; several are still serving, including his son. Frank has been purchasing and selling houses and land since 2006 for use as rental properties and resale. In 2013, he received his affiliate broker's license and in 2020, he received his broker's license and opened 731 Realty in Camden, TN.

JONATHON PEIRPOINT
Jonathon Peirpoint have a B.S. degree in Natural Resources Management from UT Martin. He specializes in farm/timber land and any property with acreage, as well as waterfront properties. He is happy to work with any buyer or seller on any residential or commercial property as well.
